API integrations that make your systems work together

From simple webhook hooks to full orchestrations between ERP, CRM, accounting, and sector-specific platforms. Not throw-away scripts, but production-ready integrations with retry logic, monitoring, and an audit trail.

One source of truth, all systems aligned.

End duplicate administration and manual handoffs

Many companies run on multiple systems that don't automatically talk to each other. Accounting software, CRM, webshop, ERP, external platforms, and sector-specific tools: each with its own version of the truth. The result: duplicate entry, errors, and frustration.

We build integrations that synchronize data automatically, connect processes, and remove manual re-typing. We work mostly with modern REST and GraphQL APIs, but are equally at home with SOAP, webhooks, file-based imports, and MCP for AI agents.

From mainstream platforms to systems without a public API.

Integrations we build for you

We build integrations for the systems you use every day, and for the less common ones where standard connectors fall short:

Accounting and ERP integrations

Connections with Exact (Online and Globe), AFAS, Twinfield, Yuki, SnelStart, SAP, Salesforce, and other accounting or ERP platforms. For invoices, contacts, transactions, and general ledger data.

Sector-specific platforms

Connections to platforms like RDW, AutoScout24, Marktplaats, Mobile.de, Webfleet, Geotab, MyTax, MultiTankCard, LeasePlan, and Athlon. With respect for the quirks of each platform.

E-invoicing and standards

Implementations of UBL invoicing, Peppol, e-CMR, and other international exchange standards. Including validation and testing against official test endpoints.

MCP servers for AI agents

Custom MCP servers that let AI agents safely and structurally call your APIs. We published our Yuki MCP server as an open-source example.

Not seeing your system?

We've worked with dozens of platforms and are happy to build an integration with a system you currently still operate manually. Get in touch and we'll discuss.

How we make integrations production-ready

An integration that works in a demo is not the same as one that runs stably for years. Here's what we watch for:

Retry logic and idempotency
Transient failures on the other side shouldn't have permanent consequences. We build retries with exponential backoff and idempotency keys to prevent duplicates.
Webhook receivers with deduplication
Incoming webhooks are deduplicated on SHA-256 or business key, queued, and only processed when the stack is ready. No lost events, no double processing.
Real-time or batch, based on use case
Not every integration needs to be real-time. We discuss up front what you actually need: instant webhook, frequent polling, or a nightly batch.
Authentication and secrets management
OAuth 2.0, API keys, mTLS, JWT, SAML: we pick what fits and make sure secrets never end up in code or git.
Monitoring and alerting
Silent failures are the most expensive. Every integration gets monitoring on latency, error rates, and data consistency, with alerts via Slack, Telegram, or email.

Integrations that move with your stack

We don't build one-way hooks that break with the first API change. We work with version checks, contract tests, and clear documentation, so you know how the integration works and how to maintain it.

What a good integration delivers:

  • No duplicate entry and no manually re-typed data
  • Faster turnaround on processes that currently wait for manual handoff
  • Fewer errors through consistent, controlled exchange
  • One source of truth instead of five systems contradicting each other
  • Full audit trail of what was exchanged and when
  • A foundation that scales to new integrations without starting from scratch
