Why we started CodeMill
As freelance developers, we spent years working on a wide variety of projects—and thoroughly enjoyed it. The variety, the client interactions, and building real solutions: that energized us. But there was a downside too.
More and more often, we saw good ideas get stuck in meeting structures, slow decision-making processes, and layered hierarchies. While we developers already knew what was needed to move forward, everything first had to pass through multiple stakeholders, three committees, and a pitch deck. Progress was increasingly sacrificed for process. Sound familiar?
We realized: this can be better. And faster. And simpler.
So we decided to join forces and start CodeMill Solutions: a compact, efficient software partner for companies that want real results instead of endless meetings.
